2. General Refund Policy
Techinaut Institute of Technology follows a strict no-refund policy. Once services have been provided, payments made are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
3. No Refund After Service Provision
- We do not offer refunds after a student has enrolled in any course, attended classes, or accessed study materials.
- We do not provide refunds for franchise fees, student registration fees, examination fees, or any other service charges.
- No refund is applicable once a franchise agreement is signed and services are initiated.
4. Non-Refundable Fees
- Franchise Fees: Fees paid towards acquiring a franchise license are non-refundable.
- Student Registration Fees: Enrollment fees for students cannot be refunded after registration.
- Training & Certification Fees: All charges related to training, assessments, and certification are final and non-refundable.
- Administrative & Processing Fees: Any processing charges related to documentation, verification, or administrative services are non-refundable.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
While we do not offer refunds, under extremely rare circumstances, exceptions may be made at our sole discretion:
- If a course is permanently canceled due to operational reasons.
- If a franchisee is unable to commence operations due to unforeseen legal issues beyond their control.
In such cases, the decision to offer a partial refund will be solely at the discretion of Techinaut Engineering LLP and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
6. Course Cancellations & Postponements
- If a course is canceled by us, we may offer an alternative course or extend access to online materials instead of a refund.
- If a student chooses to withdraw, no refunds will be granted, but they may be allowed to shift to another batch at our discretion.
7. Franchise Termination Policy
- If a franchise agreement is terminated due to policy violations, no refund will be provided.
- If a franchisee voluntarily withdraws from operations, no refund of fees or investments made will be entertained.
8. Chargebacks & Disputes
- We do not entertain chargebacks. Any unauthorized payment disputes initiated through banks or financial institutions will be legally contested.
- If a chargeback is made, the franchisee or student account may be permanently suspended, and further legal action may be taken.
9. Modification of Refund Policy
Techinaut Engineering LLP reserves the right to update, modify, or revise this Refund Policy at any time. Continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
